Account & Personal Data Deletion

You can delete your CORTE account and associated personal data at any time.

In the app: Profile › Settings › Delete Account.
Or submit the request form below, or email founder@corteapp.net from the address on your account.
We verify your identity, then delete your profile, portfolio uploads, contacts imports, and mobile number within 30 days.

We may retain limited records that the law requires, such as payment and tax records processed through Stripe. We do not sell or share your data after deletion.

What is the Chair Deposit?

A $5.00 deposit paid at booking, plus a $1.50 non-refundable platform booking fee ($6.50 total). The deposit goes to your barber and holds your chair. You pay the remaining haircut balance at the chair via Cash, Zelle, or Tap-to-Pay.

How do 12-Hour Reschedules work?

Clients may reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment, and the $5.00 deposit rolls over to the new time. One rollover is allowed per booking. Barbers may also grant a 30-day $5.00 rollover credit. If a barber cancels, you automatically get a full $6.50 refund.

When do barbers get paid? (Stripe Connect Friday ACH Payouts)

Barbers connect a bank account through Stripe Connect. Earnings are paid out by ACH on Fridays. Bank timing and Stripe verification can add a few business days to a first payout.
